Installation Instructions

Tools Needed: Torx Screwdriver, Flathead Screwdriver

1. Open the door and locate the check strap mechanism.
2. Using the Torx Screwdriver, remove the bolts holding the check strap in place.
3. Use the Flathead Screwdriver to carefully pry off the check strap from the door and the frame.
4. Install the new check strap in place, and secure it using the bolts and the Torx Screwdriver.
5. Once secured, test the door to ensure the check strap is functioning correctly.

Completing this task should take approximately 20 minutes and requires an intermediate level of technical skill.
